Advance Payment & Billing
Kindly request and collect the bill/invoice immediately after paying the advance amount. Bills will not be issued later without advance confirmation.

Communication & Planning
All discussions, clarifications, and planning-related queries must be completed within 1–2 phone calls after paying the advance.

Photos and videos will be delivered only after clearing the full balance payment.
Please download your delivered files within 3 days. We are not responsible for storing or re-sharing files after this duration.

Edited videos will be delivered within 24 to 36 hours after your event plan.

Photos will be shared directly without editing, as per the selected package.
This service is focused on capturing simple, tiny memories and should not be compared with wedding photography or high-end professional editing services.

The client is responsible for saving and backing up all received files. We do not maintain backups beyond the stated period.
